TLG & “HTSA”

On Wednesday, January 5th, 2022 – TLG participated in a Fundraising Event with Second Chance Pet Adoptions called, “Help Tim Save Animals” or “HTSA”. Second Chance has partnered with Tim Chlopowicz whose goal is to help save dogs and cats! Tim’s primary objective is to raise $5 million dollars and with just 18 months in – he has received nearly $25,000.00. In an effort to save these animals, for every $1,000.00 that Tim receives in donations – he will let someone hit him in the face with a PIE! That’s right, a PIE!! It was an absolute honor to slam Tim in the face with pie number 21! Check out our pawsome photos that were taken during the event (P.S. our favorite picture is the one where you can see the pie cream flying off Tim’s face!). We also captured a snippet of the event on video, be sure to watch it as well 😊. We would like to give a huge shout out to Once In a Blue Moon Bakery & Café for the beautiful and tasty pie! As fellow animal lovers here at TLG – We encourage you to donate to Tim’s cause using this link:

Supporting The Arts

Triangle Law Group continues to contribute to the arts. The firm acted as a corporate sponsor for former Durham resident Shana Tucker’s debut album, “Shine.” Ms. Tucker sought grassroots funding on IndieGoGo. After meeting her at a social outing, we learned about her passion and desire to record an album. That album has received rave reviews and helped launch Ms. Tucker’s career. She now lives in Las Vegas, but tours throughout the United States, and occasionally comes back to her beloved Durham. Ms. Tucker’s unique music, which consists of her cello playing and melodic singing, is captivating. Check out her website at www.shanatucker.com.

Triangle Law Group contributed to 10,000 Maniacs’ latest project on Pledge Music. Many of you will remember this group as a breakout alternative band in the 1980s, when they toured the world with bands such as R.E.M. Laurie was classmates with some band members at Jamestown High School in western New York. The band’s latest effort, “Twice Told Tales,” led to a new recording contract with Cleopatra Records. Triangle Law Group is listed as an executive producer of the album, and we are proud to have been part of this exciting project. You can check out the band’s music at www.maniacs.com.
