N'kia is an Associate Attorney at Triangle Law Group. Although she was born in New York and raised mostly in Alabama and has lived in other states, she considers Alaska to be her home state.
N'kia earned an Advanced Diploma from Alabama School of Mathematics and Science. N'kia then earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (with honors) from Spelman College, where her major was English and her minor was Writing, followed by a Master of Divinity degree from Harvard University. More recently, N'kia earned a Juris Doctor degree from North Carolina Central University, where she served as Staff Editor for the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Law Review.
As a self-proclaimed life-long student, N'kia has always actively sought ways to combine her naturally artistic side and her naturally critical side, earning various awards and honors for research and writing along the way. At Triangle Law Group, N'kia loves that she gets to spend her time analyzing legal issues through a creative lens. Currently, N'kia's main professional focuses are Business Law, Contracts Law, and Property Law.
N'kia loves dance, music, and theatre, particularly musical theatre. N'kia also enjoys foreign and independent film - the odder (or scarier), the better - and live sporting events.
