Jenifer Wolfe is a native of the Adirondacks Mountains, in upstate New York, where her family owned a small restaurant. Through working at her family restaurant, she learned the importance of a strong work ethic and the value of community in business.

Jenifer graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill ( Go Heels!) in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. During college she was on the Dean’s List, and members of national honors societies for academics. Jenifer received her law degree cum laude in 2013 from Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, North Carolina. While in law school Jenifer participated on the Campbell Law Moot Court Team, receiving awards for Best Oral Advocate and Competition Semifinalist. Upon graduation Jenifer was inducted into the Order of Old Kivett, Campbell Law’s honor society for outstanding oral advocacy. During law school she was recognized as a Webster Scholar and served as the student editor to Webster’s Real Estate Law in North Carolina. Jenifer also served as Senior Staff Writer for the Campbell Law Observer, and held internships with the Honorable Justice Barbara Jackson, the Honorable Federal Magistrate Judge James E. Gates, as well as summer law clerk positions at Brown & Bunch, PLLC, and Lloyd Law Firm, handling real property and complex business matters.

Jenifer brings a wide array of work experience and practical knowledge in business matters. Prior to attending law school, Jenifer served as a restaurant manager, handling day-to-day operations and finances for a successful local restaurant. After obtaining her law degree, Jenifer was an associate attorney with Brown & Bunch, PLLC handling complex business litigation and real property law, and also served as corporate counsel. She represented small businesses, commercial landlords, car dealerships, and charitable foundations with commercial contract and landlord tenant disputes, debt servicing, and advised corporate clients on business matters. Jenifer decided to expand her litigation experience, and completed an attorney fellowship with the American Civil Liberties Union in Raleigh, North Carolina. At the ACLU, Jenifer handled civil rights litigation, challenging unconstitutional laws in state and federal courts. Through her experience in commercial and civil rights litigation,
Jenifer has gained experience in trial and appellate litigation. Jenifer continues to serve as a volunteer attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union.

Jenifer is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Campbell Law Alumni Association. She is also President of her homeowner’s association. Jenifer continues her passion for food by representing food industry businesses, including restaurants, and is a member of Chefs Collaborative.

In her spare time, Jenifer enjoys cooking, and spending time with her cat Lucy, She also practices yoga and loves trail running.
