Winter, 2011 News at Triangle Law Group
Triangle Law Group is busy with advising clients on short sale and foreclosure transactions. We are working with brokers and sellers to ensure that the transaction goes smoothly and that the seller's financial interests are being protected. We also are helping many real estate investors who purchase properties at a short sale or foreclosure with preparation of leases and other tenant documents. Having a well drafted lease can help protect your investment. Triangle Law Group is also helping brokers with the legal aspects of short sales since brokers cannot practice law without a license!
We will be teaming up with some local real estate brokers to present educational class on short sales and foreclosures. Details will be provided on our website soon.
We have a new look! Our advertising agency has designed new stationary and envelopes. The look is bright and creative, and colorful. New website design coming soon as well.
We have begun production on our quarterly newsletter. We hope to publish the newsletter in the Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter, and will be distributing this by email and regular mail. If you wish to subscribe to the electronic version of our newsletter, please contact Marissa Cox at marissa@trianglelawgroup.net.
Client appreciation event planning underway! Triangle Law Group will be holding a client appreciation event at our offices in Spring, 2011. The date is being determined and will be announced soon. We have already booked musical diva Shana Tucker, www.shanatucker.com, to provide musical entertainment at this event. Ms. Tucker's unique style, which she describes as "Chamber Soul" is sure to please everyone. She will be playing, among other things, selections from her debut CD entitled "Shine" which will be released later this year. You will not want to miss this incredibly talented singer-songwriter-cellist.
