Our lawyers have extensive experience in handling complex contractual, litigation, business, commercial, real estate, construction, collections, and environmental matters. At the same time, our small size enables us to provide responsive service at cost-effective rates. Our owner has worked at major law firms, and decided that she wished to provide the same large firm services in a small firm environment.

Our Practice
Triangle Law Group provides a range of legal services to individuals and businesses, including construction companies, subcontractors, building materials suppliers, finance companies, real estate developers, businesses entrepreneurs, property managers, real estate brokers, and landlords, among others.
We facilitate residential and commercial real estate transactions while protecting our clients' interests. Our services include assisting homeowners with understanding their purchase contracts, drafting and negotiating residential and commercial leases, and helping general contractors with contract drafting and resolution of customer disputes. Our lawyers practice extensively in the area of construction law and mechanic liens, and well as commercial collections. We are also leaders in the area of toxic mold litigation and commercial litigation, handling cases in both federal and state court. We also represent real estate brokers and property managers with contract and licensing issues, including handling negotations and hearings before the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. Additionally, we assist contractors with disputes with licensing boards.
Triangle Law Group also advises entrepreneurs who wish to start a business, as well established companies in business law and commercial litigation matters. Services include contract drafting and protecting our clients' interests when customer disputes arise. We work with accountants, insurance representatives, and other business professionals to ensure our clients receive all the services they need to succeed.

Our Attorneys
Laurie Gengo, founder and owner of Triangle Law Group, was formerly a partner of Poyner & Spruill, a major NC law firm and of counsel at The Sanford Holshouser Law Firm. founded by former North Carolina Governors Terry Sanford and James Holshouser. Ms. Gengo is originally from western New York, but has been in North Carolina for over twenty years. Prior to relocating to North Carolina and while she was at Barnes & Thornburg, the largest law firm in the State of Indiana, Ms. Gengo successfully handled a number of complex legal matters for large corporations, individuals, lenders and developers. Since practicing in North Carolina, Ms. Gengo became a licensed real estate broker and landlord, and has handled many areas of law including matters involving real estate, landlord-tenant, construction, collections, business, contracts, litigation, wills and estates and personal injury.
Laura Page is of counsel at Triangle Law Group. Ms. Page graduated from Campbell University School of Law. Ms. Page currently practices in the areas of litigation, construction, real estate, business law, and estate planning, among others. She works closely with Ms. Gengo on all cases.
Jennifer Henson is an associate at Triangle Law Group. Ms. Henson is originally from Virginia and is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law. Ms. Henson currently practices in the areas of litigation, real estate, business law, and environmental law, among others. She works closely with Ms. Gengo on all cases.
