Triangle Law Group has launched a "Distressed Real Estate" practice area! We are teaming up with homeowners who are having trouble paying their mortgage, advising them on their available options for saving their home. Our goal is to provide property owners with guidance on how to effectively address the legal issues associated with their commercial and residential distressed real estate, and to do so with as little stress as possible.

Laurie Gengo recently received her North Carolina Certified Short Sale Specialist Designation ("CSSS"). The CSSS designation is the first and only North Carolina designation designed to educate legal and real estate professionals on how to assist clients in navigating the complex short sale process.

Laurie Gengo spoke to NAWIC, the National Association of Women in Construction, Raleigh, NC Chapter, on collections law in April, 2011.

Monica Jackson has joined Triangle Law Group as an associate attorney. Ms. Jackson has extensive experience in litigation and has worked in both the private and public sector. She will handle complex litigation at TLG as well as landlord tenant issues.

Nichole Boone is our new receptionist and paralegal. Nichole has several years of experience in the legal field and is a welcome addition to the TLG team.
